This is an unprecedented 10 acre estate on the best part of Lake Travis. This amazing property boasts it’s own cove, a top notch boat dock, and 6,500 square feet of living space, and a fresh water pool.<\/p>\n

Renovations, new furniture, and interior design were completed in May 2017.<\/p>\n

Upon entering the property, guests will see an expansive lawn drawing you down to the water, where our guests will enjoy a private boat dock that can accommodate a 20 foot boat and a 35 foot yacht.<\/p>\n

                  We have several primary rules:
                  \nWe do not allow outside music. Quiet time in the neighborhood is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. It is important that our guests understand that we do have neighbors and we reside in a property owners association. It is important that we are respectful of them. The following 3 rules help up ensure that.<\/p>\n

                  -Absolutely no fireworks! While tempting, they are illegal in Lago Vista and the police enforce this.
                  \n-No music outdoors. Again, there is a sound ordinance with the city. More importantly, the nearest neighbor is about 300 feet (a football field) away and they should not hear your music in their homes.
                  \n-No parking on the side of the street. Also a city ordinance. There is parking behind the house, and in the driveways for a total of about 20 cars. The city does enforce this as well.
                  \n-Fraternity, Bachelor-style, or any loud parties are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

                  -We have back yard cameras to monitor the outside noise levels and a property caretaker will visit the property each evening to ensure that your group complies with the rules. Groups that misrepresent the size or nature of their party will be immediately asked to leave.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
